High borosilicate glass bottles are premium glass containers known for their high transparency and wide mouth screw tops. They can be paired with various lids, such as anodized aluminum or plastic, adding to their high-end appeal. Due to their superior quality, high borosilicate glass bottles are often chosen for packaging high-end health care capsules and cordyceps. They are widely recognized as safe packaging containers worldwide.

The raw material used in the production of high borosilicate glass bottles is high borax glass, composed primarily of SI02, AL203, B203, Na20, and K20. These ingredients contribute to the glass’s transparency, hardness, corrosion resistance, heat resistance, and excellent electrical and optical properties. The glass can be shaped into various sizes and forms using various molding and processing techniques, and its properties can be adjusted by modifying its chemical composition. The melting temperature of high borosilicate glass is around 1680 degrees Celsius, necessitating the use of suitable clarifiers, high-quality refractory materials, and electric auxiliary heating or all-electric melting technology in the glass bottle manufacturing process. The selection of appropriate raw materials and the use of techniques like forehearth sealing help maintain uniformity and prevent stratification. Furnace bottom discharge devices are employed to improve glass fluidity and minimize separation. The low coefficient of thermal expansion of high borosilicate glass results in excellent thermal stability. It is highly resistant to abrasion, with only one-fourth the wear resistance of ordinary glass under similar conditions. As a result, high borosilicate glass bottles exhibit minimal surface damage and have a long service life.
